Lithuanian Post holds over 40% market share in Lithuania, with over 25,000 people using their services every day.
We were tasked with developing a fully functional self-service system with a fresh and usable interface. So that small businesses and individuals no longer needed to stand in a queue, we implemented online registration for parcels and letter sending, with functionality for a variety of delivery methods. We developed a wireframe, ran usability tests with existing customers and prepared HTML for smooth integration.
